New Resident parks Transit pickup blocking footpath. Ask that he uses a side street to park on the road only.

Builders’ vans block the pavement. Ask them to park onsite.

Create a cycle lane along A683 between Caton and Hornby

Reduce all of King St, China St and Bridge lane to single lane of cars to give adequate space to cyclists and pedestrians.

Enforcement needed on the tiny cycle path by roundabout as there is always a black pick up or a white van parked there.

Very fast road with no safe cycling provision and alternatives are very long

Very narrow footpath alongside a busy road

Parked vehicles on both sides of road often block short cycle lanes provided at pinch-point, forcing cyclists dangerously into pinch-point.

Extend the cycle way along the old railway line all the way to Wennington. This would bypass the A683 and B6480 ,dangerous roads to cycle on.

No need for this road. Many use it as a rat run to avoid traffic lights. Dangerous to through traffic on King St esp cyclists.

Pop up cycle lane here as the road is quite wide and space for cyclists would be very welcome

Illegal parking around the Spar need to be prevented to allow safe use of Chapel Lane Galgate for cyclists

No pavement at all, even road markings would help

Narrow pavement on both sides, far too busy, needs widening

Narrow road and frightening for cyclists. Dedicated space for cyclists needed.

Lots of parked cars here forcing cyclists into and out of traffic. Dedicated cycleway and parking restrictions needed.

Pavement on Ashford Road (opposite the cemetery and down the bus-only road to the junction with the A588) is narrow and overgrown. Hard enough for one person to walk on without going on the road; impossible to distance on. It's a popular wa ... [more]

Grab Lane is a rat run for cars, with limited visibility. It's also one of the few walking routes for the housing developments on The Colonnade and Wyresdale Road, and quite nice to walk along. Too narrow to walk along if a car is driving d ... [more]

Bridge is a rat run... close it to all vehicles. In addition that would reduce volume of traffic on narrow road between A683 and the bridge.

Enforcement of illegal parking which blocks cycle path as vehicles drop off and pick up from Medical Practice.

Enforcement of one way street, vehicles illegally exit from Henry Street onto the A6. Area is busy with vehicles parking for takeaway.

Contra-flow cycle way frequently blocked by park cars. Often associated with supermarket or takeaway users. Bollards would prevent blockage.

Pavement frequently blocked, daytime and evenings by cars delivering for local take away stores.

Cars parking on the pavement in fine weather in order to visit river etc. Blocks pavement totally and obscures clear view of junction. Ticketing of vehicles does not remove the problem once it is there.

Illegally parked cars, on the path, along side white zigzags on the road for zebra crossing, makes it difficult to see people using the crossing. Especially vans and wagons.

Pavement regularly totally blocked by a van and two cars, preventing use of the path by cyclists, wheelchair users, pushchairs etc. Any one walking would have to go on the grass or busy road.

Both pavements blocked with parked cars.

Cycle way and pavement would be great. Motorcyclists make this road lethal for pedestrians, cyclists and even car drivers. Some motorcyclists treat this road and A683 like it’s a racecourse. It sounds like Silverstone some days. It’s th ... [more]

Cycle path all the way along A683 would be great. Motorcycles treat this road like a race course. They overtake dangerously and cause noise pollution. Horrendous.

Very little traffic and lots of pedestrians in a narrow street but dominated by cars, parking and loading

Spare road space, inadequate cycleway

Narrow pavement spare traffic lanes

Remove Penny/Market Street cycling restrictions, to encourage cycling as a sustainable way of accessing the city centre

Busy road, a protected cycle lane between Bolton-le-Sands, Hest Bank and Morecambe Prom would help encourage commuter/school and leisure cycling

The A6 is unsafe for cyclists between Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands - fast and dangerous overtakes are far too common. The canal path exists, but is not ideal. Segregated cycle lane required.

Reconfigure entry/exit to the car park, so that cyclists and pedestrians on the Prom are protected from motor vehicles - the current shared use is dangerous.

Add bollards to prevent unauthorised vehicles driving along the Prom - slipway users should only need access to the slipway!

Busy road but the best route in and out of north Lancaster needs proper cycle provision
